What is IT contract management?
IT contract management is the governance of software, cloud and technology services agreements: renewal and notice dates, limits on price uplifts, service levels and credits, license terms, and the data protection commitments vendors make, from signature to renewal or exit.
For IT the hard part is that the contract and the service live in different places. The vendor, the request and the approval history are in ServiceNow, the order form is in a shared drive, and the renewal shows up as an invoice. Aavenir runs as apps in your instance, so the terms sit beside the records IT already manages, under the access rules IT already set.

Aavenir holds ISO 27001:2022 certification in the USA and India and a SOC 2 Type II report. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, access is role based with SSO over OAuth 2.0 and SAML, and customer contract data is never used to train external models.
