What are Aavenir's deployment options?

Aavenir deploys two ways: natively inside your ServiceNow instance, installed from the ServiceNow Store, or standalone for organizations that do not run ServiceNow, with the same modules, Aavenir AI agents and integrations in both.

If your requests, suppliers and approvals already live in ServiceNow, the native option reuses them and your admins run it. If they do not, standalone avoids standing up a platform you would use only for contracts. The native detail is on the ServiceNow contract management page.

Regular VAPT, open source library scans and white box testing, aligned with SOC 2.

Responsible AI

Customer contract data is never used to train external models, and a person approves every AI result.

Data minimization

No unnecessary customer data is collected. On ServiceNow, storage, backups and retention follow ServiceNow policies and SLAs.
