Solutions by team
One contract record. Four teams, each with its own view.
Procurement sources and awards, legal reviews and approves, IT governs software and services, and executives ask the whole portfolio what an event means. Everyone works from the same agreement, so nobody retypes a supplier, a price or a date.
Our customers
Procurement, legal, IT, finance, and sales teams run their contracts on Aavenir.

Where one team's work becomes the next team's input.
Contract value usually leaks between teams, not inside them. These are the four handoffs Aavenir keeps on one record.
Award to draft
The RFPflow award opens a Contractflow draft with the supplier, lines and value filled in.
Signature to obligation
Aavenir AI lists the obligations in the signed contract, and rules give each one an owner and a date.
Rate card to invoice
Invoiceflow checks each invoice against the pricing in the contract, not only the purchase order.
Clause to decision
Atlas answers a business question across every agreement and suggests the next action for a person to approve.

Common questions
Which teams use contract management software?
Procurement, legal, IT, finance, and sales teams use it every day, and executives use it when a business event raises a question about signed agreements. In Aavenir each team works in its own view of the same contract record, so a price agreed in sourcing is the price AP checks. See the contract suite.
Can one team start before the others?
Yes. Each module works on its own, so legal can start with Contractflow or procurement with RFPflow and add the other modules later. Because the modules share one record, the next team inherits the data instead of rebuilding it. Compare deployment options.
Does every team need to be on ServiceNow?
No. Aavenir is built natively on ServiceNow, where it uses your users, roles, workflow and audit history. Teams that do not run ServiceNow get the same apps and the same Aavenir AI agents as a standalone deployment. See how deployment works.
How does Aavenir handle AI decisions across teams?
Aavenir AI reads contracts, extracts terms, reviews clauses and checks evidence, but every result waits for a named person to approve it. Both the AI result and the human decision are logged on the same record, which is what an auditor asks to see. Meet Avy.
