Risk management Supplier markets are crowded and volatile, and a single failure can stop production or service. Risk management means identifying the suppliers that matter most, assessing their financial, operational, cyber, regulatory and geographic risks, and planning mitigations before something goes wrong. It is continuous: supplier circumstances change, so assessments must be refreshed.
