# What is ServiceNow Knowledge?

ServiceNow Knowledge is the annual ServiceNow conference where customers, partners and experts meet to learn about the platform and how work runs on it.

## What ServiceNow is

ServiceNow is a cloud workflow platform. It began in IT service management and now connects processes across the enterprise, from customer service and human resources to security, risk, procurement and finance.

## What happens at Knowledge

Knowledge brings the ServiceNow community together for keynotes, product sessions, hands-on labs and a partner expo. Attendees see what is new on the platform, hear how other organizations use it and meet the partners who build on it.

## Who attends

Customers who run ServiceNow, partners who implement it or build applications on it, and practitioners who want to sharpen their skills. Recent agendas have included AI, source to pay operations, sourcing and contract management, which brings procurement, legal and finance leaders alongside IT.
