# Aavenir upgrades Invoiceflow for accuracy, traceability and user experience

Vendor invoice automation on ServiceNow, release highlights. By Sonal Mehta.

## The announcement

Dallas, February 8, 2022. Aavenir announced a new version of [Invoiceflow](https://aavenir.com/solutions/accounts-payable-automation/), its app for accounts payable automation on ServiceNow.
Invoiceflow extracts, classifies and digitizes vendor invoices. Its machine learning models learn invoice formats across vendors and buying categories, then match each invoice against the purchase order, receipts, contract and vendor record before routing it through approval on the Now Platform.

## Release highlights

- **Wider extraction.**Better data capture, discount extraction, several invoices captured from one document and simpler field mapping.

- **Better matching.**Two way and three way matching that catches duplicate or inaccurate invoices, and matches several partial invoices against one purchase order.

- **Connected data.**Integrations with ServiceNow vendor management and project portfolio management, and with systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

- **Easier to use.**Several languages, bulk actions, drag and drop attachments and custom list views.

- **Faster approvals.**Dynamic delegation of approval authority, and approvers can see purchase order and vendor details, audit history and duplicate status, then approve from the list or from email.

- **Performance monitoring.**Role based dashboards and usage reports that show invoice status, staff productivity and bottlenecks.
