# Aavenir launches Providerflow, an industry solution for healthcare and life sciences

## The announcement

DALLAS, May 16, 2023. Aavenir announced its first purpose built industry solution, Providerflow for healthcare and life sciences. Built on ServiceNow, Providerflow automates provider onboarding, contract management and performance management with AI powered workflows and provider portals.
Providerflow helps payers, providers and other healthcare organizations manage their provider networks. Provider services, network management, legal and quality teams move faster with less regulatory and performance risk, and claims verification teams get accurate provider and fee information.

## Key features

- **Workflows and provider portals**that simplify provider engagement across onboarding, performance and other collaboration.

- **Automated verification**of credentials, licenses and provider information such as National Provider Identifier numbers and addresses, to speed up onboarding.

- **Compliance checks**, including fair market value validation, sanctions and exclusion list monitoring, and provider performance reporting, supporting compliance with the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, the Stark Law and other regulations.

- **Full cycle provider contract management**, with automatic generation of business associate agreements and non disclosure agreements, AI contract extraction and insight, and authoring, negotiation, approval, termination and renewal workflows.

- **Bulk actions**for onboarding, information requests, contracts, amendments and workflow steps.

- **Integration**with fair market value databases, CAQH, practice management, reimbursement and claims systems.
